Back again
It is true, that the Myth Master is back again. And that means?
Yes! I am back too.
Not neccessarily, seeing as I had my own small blogs, but I guess it just wasn't as fun as the Myth Master, yeah?
I am glad to be back, with Amber. Seeing as we keep in touch but don't go to the same school anymore *tear*. But that is fine, we're still besties.
Wizard101 related:
I HAVE GOTTEN INTO THE EPIC SPIRIT OF PETS.
Me using the word 'epic' and all caps shows the seriousness in this sentence, yeah?
Okay, at first, you might have heard me say bad things about the pets. True, I still do not like Derby etc., but the new pets you can make are just plain AWESOME.
I got into this spirit because my good friend Sam told me how to hatch a pet. Turns out I could make two VERY cool pets with just my stormzilla and wraith. The catch: They had to be adults.
I worked very hard and I DID make them adults believe it or not.
Yep! Then I got some cash and hatched. What happened?
Grimzilla
Tempest
Awesome right?
If you're someone who likes to hatch, here are some tips:
1. To find out what your pet is early, go to the dye show and under 'rename' for pets, it shows what your pets are.
2. For stormzilla + wraith = necromantic egg is the Tempest pet.
3. For stormzilla + wraith = stormsquall egg is the Grimzilla pet.
I think they're really cool.
All there's left to do is to decide who gets what pet. Any ideas?
Glad to be back,
Van

A Moment of Silence Please...
The lovers cried, and the poets dreamed.
But not a word was spoken;
The church bells all were broken.
And the three men I admire most:
The father, son, and the holy ghost,
They caught the last train for the coast
The day the music died.

The Middle
It's only in your head you feel left out or looked down on
Just try your best, try everything you can
And don't you worry what they tell themselves when you're away
It just takes some time
Little girl you're in the middle of the ride
Everything, everything will be just fine
Everything, everything will be alright, alright
Hey, you know they're all the same
You know you're doing better on your own, so don't buy in
Live right now, yeah, just be yourself
It doesn't matter if it's good enough for someone else
It just takes some time
Little girl you're in the middle of the ride
Everything, everything will be just fine
Everything, everything will be alright, alright
It just takes some time
Little girl you're in the middle of the ride
Everything, everything will be just fine
Everything, everything will be alright, alright
Hey, don't write yourself off yet
It's only in your head you feel left out or looked down on
Just do your best, do everything you can
And don't you worry what the bitter hearts are gonna say
It just takes some time
Little girl you're in the middle of the ride
Everything, everything will be just fine
Everything, everything will be alright, alright
It just takes some time
Little girl you're in the middle of the ride
Everything, everything will be just fine

A Thousand Miles
Walking fast
Faces pass
And I'm home bound
Staring blankly ahead
Just making my way
Making a way
Through the crowd
And I need you
And I miss you
And now I wonder....
If I could fall
Into the sky
Do you think time
Would pass me by
'Cause you know I'd walk
A thousand miles
If I could
Just see you
Tonight
It's always times like these
When I think of you
And I wonder
If you ever
Think of me
'Cause everything's so wrong
And I don't belong
Living in your
Precious memories
'Cause I need you
And I miss you
And now I wonder....
If I could fall
Into the sky
Do you think time
Would pass me by
'Cause you know I'd walk
A thousand miles
If I could
Just see you
Tonight
And I, I
Don't want to let you know
I, I
Drown in your memory
I, I
Don't want to let this go
I, I
Don't....
Making my way downtown
Walking fast
Faces pass
And I'm home bound
Staring blankly ahead
Just making my way
Making a way
Through the crowd
And I still need you
And I still miss you
And now I wonder....
If I could fall
Into the sky
Do you think time
Would pass us by
'Cause you know I'd walk
A thousand miles
If I could
Just see you...
If I could fall
Into the sky
Do you think time
Would pass me by
'Cause you know I'd walk
A thousand miles
If I could
Just see you
If I could
Just hold you

I Can Tell That We're Going To Be Friends
back to school,ring the bell
brand new shoes,walking blues
climb the fence,books and pens
I can tell that we're going to be friends
Walk with me,Suzy Lee
through the park and by the tree
we will rest upon the ground
and look at all the bugs we found
then safely walk to school
without a sound
Well here we are,no one else
we walked to school all by ourselves
there's dirt on our uniforms
from chasing all the ants and worms
we clean up and now its time to learn
Numbers,letters,learn to spell
nouns,and books,and show and tell
at playtime we will throw the ball
back to class,through the hall
teacher marks our height
against the wall
And we don't notice any time pass
we don't notice anything
we sit side by side in every class
teacher thinks that I sound funny
but she likes the way you sing
Tonight I'll dream while I'm in bed
when silly thoughts go through my head
about the bugs and alphbet
and when I wake tommorow I'll bet
that you and I will walk together again
cause I can tell that we're going to be friends
Such Great Heights
That the freckles in our eyes are mirror images
And when we kiss they're perfectly aligned
I have to speculate
That God himself did make
Us into corresponding shapes
Like puzzle pieces from the clay
True, it may seem like a stretch
But its thoughts like this that catch
My troubled head when you're away
When I am missing you to death
When you are out there on the road
For several weeks it shows
And when you scan the radio
I hope this song will guide you home
They won't see us waving from such great heights,
"Come down now", they'll say
But everything looks perfect from far away,
"Come down now", but we'll stay...
I tried my best to leave
This all on your machine
But the persistent beat it sounded thin
Upon listening
And that frankly will not fly
You will hear the shrillest highs
And lowest lows with the windows down
When this is guiding you home
They won't see us waving from such great heights,
"Come down now", they'll say
But everything looks perfect from far away
"Come down now", but we'll stay...
They won't see us waving from such great heights,
"Come down now", they'll say
But everything looks perfect from far away
"Come down now", but we'll stay...
(They won't see us waving from such great heights,
"Come down now", they'll say
They won't see us waving from such great heights)

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why are you so excited? Because I finally found my lost book!!
Big whoop. No, no, voice in my head, it is a big whoop because this book happens to be The Last Olympian, signed by the author, Rick Riordan.
Wow, it really doesn't seem that long.
But the effects were really good. They left out a lot and added a lot ... but it possibly could have been worse. I'll see the next one of course, because I am simply a die-hard fan.

Summer(:
It's realllllllyy hot outside though, so that kind of sucks. But that's okay I don't really care. You know you're in my neighborhood when everyone is shoeless.
Isn't that pretty cool?
It's this green-ish with sparkles(: lol. My sis did my nails because 1. She's awesome at it and 2. I paint hers she paints mine, that's just how it works.
After that, we blow bubbles. I don't just go it because they want to, it's because I LOVE BUBBLES :D Remember, Amber, when we blew bubbles? xD
But the next day was a LOT more interesting. My cousin Rose and her brothers came over, and Rose and I are like dis *Crosses fingers*
We couldn't find them because first their arrows pointed to the sewer.
I was like "No way."
So we finally find more arrows, but it takes a while. After the longest trip around the neighborhood following tons of arrows, we find them.

:) (Check out last post if you haven't) :p
I'm solo,
And I'm just like "Shut up, Ethan."
And he's just like "No, you shut up."
Then I'm like "No, you shut up."
LOL, but I'm actually happy. For Amber.
Well, that's all for today. It's been an amazing day, and now I'm going to drive-in movie night to see my band of four play.

I was put in timeout?
...interesting day at school.
So we have the Wednesday News, basically paper that no one cares about or reads. Basically we throw it away.
It's given to the youngest or only, so I pick up the papers, and this evil, twisted, ugly, awful, HORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBLE guy Sam says, "Poke," and pokes me in the back
I roll my eyes at him, and my teacher says, "Oh Ms., quit it with the attitude."
So Sam and Ben, who was behind Sam, were like, "Yeahhhhh," and Ben was laughing at me too.
So I was just like, "Shut up, Ben."
And my teacher is like OOOOOO: "DID YOU JUST SAY SHUT UP?!?!" (she's partly kidding)
And I'm like "yeah ..."
And she's like "You have a 12 minute time out!"
Ben was just like, "Now go, sit in the corner."
So I did.
After 12 minutes my teacher was like, "So do you know why you were in trouble?"
Me: "Yes?"
Her: "Now say you're sorry."
Me: "I'm sorry Ben for telling you to shut up?"
Her: "YAY!!"
It was entirely weird.
On a different note, Amber was going into Social Studies as I was coming out, and she was trying to talk to me, and then Mr. Coco blows the whistle. It's soo loud and I was like right next to him so I had a small heart attack.
Whew. It's stressful, I have bad hearing already.
Next, to refer to my comments: Kestrel, it's not really a nerd school, this school Amber wants to go to, but it does have really good academics. And Amber has told me it's actually $14,000.
Big dif, it's still WAY to much money for me to ever attend. So I shall go to my wonderful school.
When I say wonderful I mean it sucks.

P.S. Hum ... Hum Hum Hum Hum (teehee!!)
P.P.S. Kestrel get on w101! D:

So Much To Do!!
So much to do!
As my friend Kestrel says in her blog 'I'm such a worrywort.'
Yeah, me too.
There's a Latin test on Tuesday, Literature (chapters 8, 9, and 10) and Religion (On a MILLION things) tests on Wed., Latin test on Thursday, Latin (posssiiibbblllyy) and Science on Thursday. Right now, I'm studying for an exam ... it's on everything we've learned from the past 9 months.
So gahhh!!!!! I'm cramming in studing and note taking in all hours possible. It's stressful. I mean, there are only 9 days left in school (for me-SUCKAS)... Don't we deserve a break?
Honestly.
Anyhooo, the end of school-that's something I have to talk about.
I've been waiting 9 months for this-summer couldn't come ANY faster.
But now, I'm actually kind of worried about Summer ...
Amber and I will not be attending the same school after this year.
I know!! When I heard about it, I was devestated. After this year, everything will be different. I knew that before, but I thought it could be a little easier if Amber was there too. But, she's going to a $16,000 school with awesome academics, laptops, swimming pools, and tons of school activities.
Though, of course, I am extremely proud of her.
She made it in-it's fairly hard to get into! You must have a 70% or higher on this test we take in the beginning of the year-I.B.'s-and other testing and interviews to overcome.
This really is the best thing for her, and I couldn't be happier~she's entering a whole new world.
You'll be reading this-and I'm proud of you, girl =] I don't like you talking about it because you know I'll miss you so much!
Anyway, that doesn't mean we won't see each other. During the summer, I'll be very busy with swimming, but that doesn't mean she won't come to my meets, laser tag, etc.
Now away from that subject...it's emotional. LOL
So I'm practicing my own stunts a lot now-using excerise balls for support for back handsprings, chairs for aeirals, (Well, trying). My mom is kind of freaked I will kill myself.
What should I try next?
Ciao.
Or should I say Vale.

My love for Comic's
I grew up in San Marino, California. It is a conservative, wealthy suburb of Los Angeles.
It has a lot of rules, or at least did when I grew up there.
For example, when I was there, you could not park on the street overnight (without first calling the police department and getting permission). You could not pump your own gas (the attendant at the station had to pump it for you). You could not blow or wash your leaves into the street.
McDonald’s were not allowed. Nor were movie theatres. And you could get a ticket for jaywalking (as my sister did from a police officer who was hiding in the nearby bushes). I have feared jaywalking ever since.
It is all about preserving status quo.
And it is not a land of surprises.
Fast forward 30 years.
To midnight in Baghdad.
Where I, child of San Marino, am standing outside the palace of Saddam Hussein. The air is warm and still. It is tinged with a hint of smoke.
Next to me is Doonesbury creator Garry Trudeau.
We are hitting a bucket of golf balls into Saddam Hussein’s lake.
“Who gets the balls out of the lake?” I ask the soldier who gave us the bucket.
“We don’t,” she said.
Of course, I think to myself.
In war, no one retrieves the golf balls.
I immediately imagine the island of golf balls that must be forming at the deepest depths of Saddam’s lake. One day it will crest above the surface, like a coral island made of Titleist.
While this is happening outside the palace, cartoonist Mike Peters is inside, looking for someone who can fix our room’s thermostat. He finds a two-star general. The man is in charge of 22,000 soldiers. But we are chilly and we need him to fix our thermostat.
If that’s not far enough from the pristine lawns of San Marino for you, consider this:
Twenty yards to the left of me is editorial cartoonist Mike Ramirez. He has won two Pulitzer Prizes. But he is not drawing that night. No, Mike Ramirez is feeding Cocoa Puffs to Saddam Hussein’s fish.
And these are not normal fish. They are ugly, scary fish. Some appear to be five-feet long. I assume they’re eating golf balls.
One of the soldiers shows us a video of a duck landing on the surface of the lake. A fish ate him. In Baghdad, even the fish are evil.
I hit a long drive.
Watching the golf ball ascend, I see in the distance the faint silhouette of a Blackhawk helicopter. It is firing its guns. It is a deep boom you feel in your rib cage.
I cannot sleep that night. All ten of us cartoonists have to sleep in the same room in five bunk beds. We end up sleeping with the light on, because not one of can remember to turn it off. So I now know the answer to the joke, “How many cartoonists does it take to turn off a light bulb?” It is something more than ten.
I walk outside at 6 a.m. and hit more golf balls. The air is grayish brown.
I’m a long way from San Marino.
And I am not afraid of jaywalking.
This cracked me up. You should check out his blog sometime, it's pretty awesome. Well I got to go to sleep now, because of stupid, stupid, school.
Cya,
